Do you rent kayaks and other equipment?
No we do not rent any equipment. All of our gear is reserved for guided tours.
Is there an age requirement for kayak tours or surf lessons?
We require our guests to be at least seven years old and all children under 12 to be accompanied by an adult while kayaking.
Do you provide wetsuits?
Wetsuits are provided for all of our trips along with booties and other warmth and safety gear appropriate for the trip.
Do I need to have experience?
We offer trip for new and experienced ocean adventurers. For those with little to no experience we recommend our Surf Lesson or Explore Kayak Tour.
What if the weather is bad?
Guides will asses the weather before every trip. We offer rescheduling or refunds for trips canceled due to poor weather.
Will I get seasick?
When on the ocean it is always possible to get sea sick. There is no fool proof way to prevent it but there are steps that can be taken to reduce the chances of becoming sea sick before getting on the water. Get a good night sleep, eat light foods, and even over the counter motion sickness drugs such as dramamine can help.
What is your cancelation policy?
Due to the fact that our tours sell out on a daily basis we have a strict 72 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or change your confirmed reservation within 24 hours of scheduled check in time we will charge your credit card the full price of the tour. If you cancel or change your confirmed reservation 24-72 hours before your check in time we will charge a 50% cancellation fee.
